What each add-on includes
Everything you need to know before adding to your booking.
Organization
$60 / hr
Decluttering closets and cabinets, sorting toys, resetting a pantry. Billed hourly because organization time is hard to predict.
Inside Fridge
$50
Shelves, drawers, walls, and door interior wiped down. Fridge must be emptied before we arrive. Included in Deep Cleans when emptied.
Inside Oven
$50
Degrease the walls, floor, racks, and door glass. One oven per home. Heavy buildup may require extra time at our regular rate.
Laundry Wash & Fold
$30 / load
Wash, dry, and fold one load using your machines and detergent. Sorting, stain treatment, and putting clothes away aren't included.
Windows
$10 / window or $75 for 10
Interior glass, tracks, and blind slats wiped clean. Priced per window because tracks and blinds collect surprising buildup.
Pet Hair
$20
Heavy shedding adds real time to vacuuming and surfaces. This add-on covers the extra effort to get furniture and floors hair-free.
Wall Washing
Quote on request
Walls vary widely in paint and finish, so wall washing is quoted after we see the surface. Full washing can risk paint damage.
Baseboards
Quote on request
Detailed wipe-down of baseboards throughout the home. Already included in Deep Cleans; quoted for Standard cleans by home size.
Inside Cabinets
Quote on request
Wipe interior of cabinets and drawers. Cabinets must be empty before we arrive. Included in Move In/Out cleans.
Extra Kitchen

For homes with a second full kitchen, ADU, or in-law suite. Standard pricing assumes one kitchen.
Garage, Patio, or Balcony

Sweep and tidy of outdoor or semi-outdoor spaces. Included in Move In/Out cleans; quoted otherwise.
Understanding Your Service
Start with a Deep Clean, maintain perfection.
Here's why your first clean is always a Deep Clean — and why that works in your favor long-term.
Why it's required
If your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in the last two months, there's buildup a Standard clean can't tackle in the booked time. A Deep Clean resets the home so future visits stay efficient.
What's included
Everything in a Standard clean, plus the areas skipped on routine visits — baseboards, inside the fridge (when emptied), door frames, light switches, and more. See the full side-by-side above.
Why it takes longer
Deep Cleans cover more surfaces and require more detailed work on each one. Hand-cleaning baseboards and wiping inside an empty fridge is real labor. The price reflects the time, not a different rate.
What happens after
Once your home is Deep Cleaned, a recurring Standard clean keeps it there. No buildup, no catch-up cleans, no surprise Deep Clean fees. Recurring clients get a discount on every visit.

Things we won't do
To keep our team safe and your property protected, the following are outside our scope under any service.
Any use of ladders
For safety, our cleaners stay on the ground and use extension tools where needed. Anything requiring a ladder is outside our scope.
Wall cleaning
Walls vary widely in paint and finish and cleaning them can damage the surface. We dust and spot-clean as part of normal service, but don't wash walls.
Moving heavy furniture
We clean around furniture, not under or behind heavy pieces — moving them risks damage to the item, the floor, and our team. Light pieces are fine.
Bio-hazard cleanup
Blood, bodily fluids, pet waste beyond hair, mold, and similar conditions require specialized training and equipment we don't carry.
Chandeliers
Delicate fixtures with fragile components are too high-risk for routine cleaning. We recommend a specialty service for these.
Carpet shampooing
We vacuum carpets thoroughly on every clean, but deep shampooing or stain extraction requires equipment we don't carry.
Antiques, fine art & electronics
Anything irreplaceable or fragile is dusted lightly only. For valuables that need detail work, please use a specialist.
